Sebis Provides Full-Color Printing
Sebis Direct is pleased to announce that it has added the capability to provide full four-color process laser imaging.

Due to costs and security concerns, transactional documents have traditionally been laser imaged in black or black and a highlight color such as blue or red only. With the continued reduction in costs of full-color production, some applications or segments of applications can take advantage of this new capability. Full-color capability provides outstanding benefits for document design that improves the readability, attractiveness and utility of critical documents such as invoices and other transactional documents.

Alternate delivery formats such as postcards continue to increase in utility and volume. Full-color can be very cost effective in this format.

As with all new technologies, new responsibilities and learning curves frequently result. It is important to design documents to take advantage of the strengths of this technology and mitigate its weaknesses. Challenges frequently emerge during the implementation of any new technology and full-color laser imaging is no exception. Mission critical applications require careful planning and design to take advantage of all the benefits color has to offer.

Designers working with Sebis have successfully implemented numerous print-on-demand jobs as well as transactional direct mail programs.

Ask your Sebis account manager for more details on full-color capabilities.

Move Update Requirements to Change

More than 44 million Americans move to a new address every year. As such, it's critical that mail is processed through a USPS approved move update method to assure it's delivered to the most current address. In fact, today you must provide evidence of using an approved move update method for First-Class Mail® every 185 days.

This is about to change - as early as November 2008 the requirement will expand to Standard Mail® and increase the frequency to every 95 days. In short, a move update method must be used every 95 days for First-Class Mail® and Standard Mail®. The preferred move update method that allows you to do pre-mailing move update is known as NCOALink®. Sebis Direct offers NCOALink® certified add-on solutions to all of its services. Click [here]
