Access Direct is your window to all of your application information. Once you log in from the homepage, you have access to on-hand postage amounts, stock quantities, and the ability to obtain reports on all application activity, along with having the ability to monitor all applications in real-time.

    At the conclusion of each run of a production process, process results are emailed to the client. The client may examine any production metrics such as bill date, quantity of bills, marketing messages, sum of amounts, etc.
  • Access to Postage Documents
    The client may examine the CASS™ results, USPS mailing statements, USPS audit forms and manifests.
  • Automated Inventory Control
    Access Direct will send emails when events requiring attention occur. When postage balances or stock item balances fall below a pre-defined value, emails are sent to the appropriate contacts.
  • Automated Notification of Completed Mailing
    At the completion of each mailing, an email is sent. The email contains the process results that were approved, mailing timestamp, mailing quantities, and postage costs. A link is included allowing the user to examine the mailing in greater detail.
  • Archive of All Runs and Document Images
    The Customer can enter queries such as showing every document ever sent to a specific ID number.
  • Tracking of Individual Documents
    A Customer contact can enter a variety of criteria such as account number, notice number or even a name. Access Direct can provide an audit of each mailing and document type that was generated for those search criteria. This feature can be a very valuable tool in order to ensure that the application is providing the correct documents to the correct recipients.
  • Summary Reports of Activity
    The user can select runs over any period of time, a month for example, and get a summary of production activity over that period. You can examine the number of each type of document and total counts over any period of time.
  • Secure Web Access
    All Internet connectivity is provided over secure encrypted connections. It is also possible to allow access only to those locations with approved Internet gateway addresses. In other words, if desired, only an associate with proper authorization would only be allowed access while at work and not when at home or any other location. All of the above features are available 24/7. All access is username and password protected. Web servers use SSL with Verisign public/private keys.
