If Sebis and the USPS are using the CAPS (Centralized Account Processing System) Access-Direct still collects, tracks and provides all postage used from your CAPS account. You can view the progress of all production activity from a single point using the activity dashboard. Clicking on any of the links provides detail of the production activity. Every time a process is started, it creates a new entry (row) on the dashboard. The process is identified in the leftmost column along with a quick status. Statuses quickly inform you if the process has been started, is in progress or fully completed. Every day is represented by a column. In these columns and rows, Sebis provides totally transparent information regarding the production state of all document processes. Mouse over any item and it expands. Clicking on the item expands your view further, providing the level of detail you request.

Sebis Direct is a full-service Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) provider. Mailings submitted to the USPS include the IMb. As the mail progresses to the recipients, it is scanned by USPS equipment throughout the United States. This scanning data is bulk analyzed and provided back to your organization in the form of aggregated reports and graphs as well as individual data for a specific mailpiece.
Agents can look up a specific mailpiece using Sebis' Document Tracking feature to see IMb scanning activity. This means you can track each piece of your mail throughout its life in the USPS system - all the way to estimated time of delivery!
