FTD has a presence all over the world. A vast network of florists requires quick settlement of payments and debits regardless of their proximity to FTD Headquarters. FTD needed to improve that speed by providing the Internet as an additional channel of statement and payment information to its members.

Solution:

Sebis added its eDocument Direct capability to the existing paper document production services it had already provided.

Result:

Florists who previously had to wait several days to receive monthly statements can now receive electronic versions within minutes of release by FTD. Florists can electronically pay balances using credit / debit cards or electronic checks. Florists can sign up for automatic payment as well. An archive of all previous statements is automatically available. An easy to manage interface for florists to access statement information helps each build his or her business.

FTD has improved its level of service to its members.
